Be healthy to projekt realizowany przez trójkę studentów kierunku Master of Liberal Arts.
Pozostałą część zespołu projektowego stanowią Sorwar Ahmed, student z Bangladeszu, i Jazmin Del Salto, studentka z Ekwadoru.
„Be healthy and join us!” – zachęcają nasi zagraniczni studenci.

An event organized by UO students starts on May 17. Anyone can join the outdoor exercises. Sports attire and a good mood are required! 🙂

Be healthy is a project carried out by three Master of Liberal Arts students. The aim of the event is to promote sports and a healthy lifestyle.
“The idea for the event has been in my head for a long time. I have many years of experience in conducting fitness training, earlier I started working on a similar event in Baku, Azerbaijan, but I gave up due to coming to Poland.” – says Arifa Islamova, a student involved in the project.
The rest of the project team are Sarwar Ahmed, a student from Bangladesh, and Jazmín Del Salto, a student from Ecuador.
Jazmín wanted to combine Arifa’s plans with her own ideas for organising Zumba classes which resulted in the aforementioned project.
On-site, you will be able to count on free water and fruit for participants.
Anyone who wants to take part in the training sessions directed by Arifa – just put on a comfortable sports outfit and go to Copernicus Square. The activities will start on May 17 and continue until May 21. Training sessions will last one hour and start at 7 p.m.
This event is the perfect opportunity to meet passionate people, draw from their positive energy and take a step towards improving your health condition.
“Be healthy and join us!” – our foreign students encourage.
